Call Of Duty 2021 To Reportedly Introduce New Warzone Map Set In The Pacific
According to VGC, Call of Duty 2021 will simply be titled Call of Duty: Vanguard. Furthermore, the game will be skipping E3 2021 in favor of a reveal later in the summer.
For the CoD fans: I know WW2 doesn't sound particularly sexy on paper, but personally, I've found everything I've heard about the Pacific map very exciting. Activision is going all-in on Warzone and I don't expect its playerbase to be disappointed.

But that’s not all. Call of Duty: Vanguard will apparently introduce a new Warzone map when the game hits shelves later this year (presumably in November).
This new map is said to be the franchise’s “largest and most ambitious” map to date and features a WWII setting in the Pacific. And since this Pacific map is so massive, Sledgehammer is adding new vehicles to accommodate it.
VGC’s report indicates that Warzone integration with Call of Duty: Vanguard will be much smoother than the battle royale’s troubled relationship with Black Ops Cold War.
That does make a lot of sense when you consider Black Ops Cold War’s very problematic development cycle and, as VGC reported months ago, Call of Duty: Vanguard running on the Warzone game engine.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is expected to release on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC. Although the game may not be featured at E3 2021, Activision is set to show off Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 4 at Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live.
