What’s Coming To Black Ops Cold War This Week?
Via a blog post, Activision released their weekly briefing on everything coming to Black Ops Cold War over the next week.
Double XP And Double Batte Pass XP
Double XP and Double Battle Pass XP for Black Ops Cold War will be active starting on Feb. 19th at 1 PM ET. This promotion will end on Feb. 22nd at 1 PM ET.
New Playlists
Not only is Gunfight Blueprints sticking around but, Treyarch is adding two new playlists to the game this week. Here’s a quick breakdown.
- Throwback Moshpit
- A rotating playlist that will include Nuketown ’84, Raid, and Express
- Will feature respawn modes
- Arrives on Feb. 18th
- Snipers-Only Moshpit
- A 6v6 snipers-only playlist. All other weapons and Scorestreaks will be restricted
- Arrives on Feb. 18th
- Gunfight Blueprints
- A 2v2 Gunfight mode where players will use random weapon blueprints
- Gunfight Blueprints will remain in BOCW this week
What’s New In The Store?
Finally, we have the in-game store. Activision shared more details on the upcoming “Retro Renegade” bundle. Here’s what players can expect to unlock by purchasing the bundle.
- “Retro Renegade” bundle
- Two weapon blueprints (“Tape Deck” SMG and “Fast Tempo” AR)
- “Forward Progress” watch
- “Mixtape” charm
- “Retro Vision” sticker
- “Love Link” calling card
- “Retro” vehicle horn
- “Renegade” vehicle skin
