The PawnTakesPawn ARG Easter Egg has been solved! As a result, you can now claim rewards for Black Ops Cold War, Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Call of Duty: Mobile.
Shortly after the event went live, users solved the final PawnTakesPawn Easter Egg, leading to the URL pawntakespawn.com/perseusisoutthere.
The video centers on William Bowman as he sends out one final warning that Perseus is still out there. For those who don’t know, Perseus is the mysterious main antagonist of Black Ops Cold War.
Admittedly, there’s not much to talk about here other than the fact that William Bowman continues to be a very cryptic character going into Black Ops Cold War. That being said, at least completing this Easter Egg will grant you some cool rewards.
How To Claim Your Rewards
To get the achievement for completing PawnTakesPawn, head over to this link. Type in “1PIECES9IN8PLAY1” as the password. Once you do that, you should be sent to the aforementioned video with William Bowman. After watching the video, you should then get an achievement called “Dead Draw.” Head over to your achievements page, click on Dead Draw and reap your rewards.

Black Ops Cold War will release on November 13th, 2020 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4, and PC. The PlayStation 5 version will launch on November 13th in the United States and Canada. For those in other countries, the PS5 version of Black Ops Cold War will release on November 19th.
